I noticed this after posting :-)
We can reuse existing bug report for a reference [1]. I'll update it as
well.
I'm building a test package for you at [2]. Click on the appropriate
build and download packages to install. Then do as root:
# dnf update ./evolution-data-server*.rpm
Once you confirm, I'll provide regular update for Fedora 24.

OK, I'm testing it. I'll wait a while and see what happens.
It's been a few hours now and seems to be holding up. Certainly better
than before so go for it.
