On the top menu bar there's Help -> Contents and in that there is a
section "Tracking down Problems" with a sub section "How to track down
a problem" that points you to the Evolution website with all the
debugging information.

Googling for "Evolution debugging" comes up with the same page (as the
first entry).  The page is
