Thanks
I believe I tried settings for plain text mode, but I will try again if I get another message I can not display.
Btw. it is under Preferences->Mail Preferences->HTML messages

The effected emails display correctly in Thunderbird.
I took a closer look at one of these emails via thunderbird's source
viewer and I see thunderbird saw an issue with MIME, but could
display
the message.
Note that you can also view the source in Evo using View->Message
Source (Ctrl-U)
This message is in MIME format. Since your mail reader does not
understand
this format, some or all of this message may not be legible.
--B_3525682292_10282570
Content-type: multipart/alternative;
boundary="B_3525682292_10242554"
--B_3525682292_10242554
Content-type: text/plain;
charset="ISO-8859-1"
Content-transfer-encoding: quoted-printable
That should be displayable if the MIME encoding is correct. The fact
that TBird also spat it out may indicate a problem with your MIME
setup. What happens if you select Preferences->Mail Preferences
->General->Plain Text Mode->Show plain Text if present?
