I don't know, I guess you at least you could do it with the MUA you are
using at the moment (Processing or Action or Filter of Claws).

Take a look at Evolution's Help menu and at the Plugins. I don't know
what "mail to task" is for. Perhaps a filter with action "pipe to
program"?
