On a closer look I see that all our internal mail has the +0000 zone so this seems to
be an Exchange problem indeed.

It is funny though that your email has "correct" timezone(+0100) with headers:
 by int-mx10.intmail.prod.int.phx2.redhat.com (8.14.4/8.14.4) with ESMTP id t12723Z6000941 for <

and Pete Biggs has timezone(+0000) with headers
