[Evolution] Disable Password For NSS User Private Key and Certificate Store

I use S/MIME certificates to encrypt and sign email, but there seems to
be a password prompt the first time the keys and certs are used in each
session of Evolution.

Is there a way for me to disable this security feature and keep the
certificate store unlocked all the time?
