Yes! How do you expect it to be fixed if you don't tell about it? 
(no, the mailing list is fine for some things, but keeping track of open
bugs is not one of them)


And on this specific case, being able to reproduce it (as in this case
the difference you spotted on that checkbox) helps a lot in that it can
get timely fixed.
