What does "incorrectly" actually mean?
I hope the attached screenshot clears it up. In the message list some
strange (non-printable?) character is shown. Unfortunately I am unable
to directly copy it.
If you look at the source of that message (Ctrl-U) you will be able to
see what the Subject: line actually looks like. For instance the one
you sent looks like this:
Subject: [Evolution] =?utf-8?q?UTF-8=3A_Non-ASCII_in_subject=3A_=E2=80=93?=
The en-rule is encoded as =E2=80=93 - perhaps the encoding has got
messed up in that bad message?
