[Evolution] a few upgrade questions please . . . .

I am running 14.04LTS 64bit. Evolution 3.10.4 currently installed from
Software Centre.

        1. Is version 3.12.2 substantially better than 3.10.4?  Any
        reason why not to upgrade?
        
        2. I have downloaded: evolution_3.12.2-1+b1_amd64.deb but not
        installed it yet.
                a)Is this the correct file?
                b) What is the "+B1"?
                
        3.  How to get rid of the pesky(!) "unlock keys" password demand
        when Evo first fires up?
