First mailing list = highest priority
priority higher than following mailing lists and other recipients,
even if a recipient comes before a mailing list
IOW the account allocated for the first mailing list in
the address field is used
If no mailing list is used, then the account for the first recipient is
used.
How is it done for HTML? Recipient _A_ perhaps should get HTML formatted
mails and recipient _B_ plain text only.
