        Hi,
this looks like an installation issue, or rather update issue. The
Ubuntu versions are meaningless to me, could you state your evolution
version instead, please?

If I'm not mistaken, then the above error is caused by saved source
definitions which have saved "file:" URIs, instead of "local:". For
example, "file://system" (or maybe "file:system") used to point to On
This Computer/Personal sources, while since some version (probably that
your current) it's "local:system". You can fix it in gconf-editor, at
keys:
   /apps/evolution/addressbook/sources
   /apps/evolution/calendar/sources
   /apps/evolution/tasks/sources
   /apps/evolution/memos/sources

A quick verify would be:
   $ gconftool-2 --get /apps/evolution/calendar/sources | grep file:

I'd say that any "file:" in any of the above mentioned keys might be
replaced to "local:", but it needs to be revised beforehand, just in
case (or make a copy of the values before the change, and replace them
back, if it gets worse). I would restart the machine after these
changes, thus the background processes read the new values (log out and
in should be also sufficient).
        Bye,
        Milan
