[Evolution] Evolution 2.30.3 ubuntu

hi 
i have found that if i create a new folder and try to move an email from
the in box to the new folder Evolution only makes a copy of the email in
the in box and moves nothing to the new folder

 all my other folders work fine other than i notice they only make a
copy then over strike the original and it stays in my inbox till i empty
the trash,

 so in summery my old folders work and the new one i created doesn't any
ideas ?
