[Evolution] Evo and command line mode

Hello,

Has Evo (2.32.3) somehow a command line mode to send e-mails using the
configured infrastructure in Evo, for example do something like:

$ evo -t recipient zone foo -a file-to-attach -m "short msg for boy"
