Personally I don't print emails very much - but I like the headers to be
as low-key as possible - perhaps with the exception of the subject - the
kmail one is the closest to what I mean, but with the subject bigger.

Is it possible in the re-write to include selecting different formats -
preferably at print-time, but possibly in the setup?  How about
user-defined formats?

Also what about selecting what to print - i.e. which headers, or which
attachments?
