[Evolution] Default 'contact' certificates?

Hello...

Edit>Preferences>Certificates>Contact Certificates has some certificates
that can be deleted but always return after a restart of Evolution.  The
certs are issues of 'Global Trustee', 'Google Ltd', 'Kai Engert', and
all have purpose 'encrypt'.

The fact that these can be deleted during a session but are reloaded on
a restart seems a bit unusual.  Should these be here?  And, if so, what
purpose do these serve as a default?
