Hi
on the main message list on the GUI is there anyway of changing the date
format from mmddyy to ddmmyy
On the preview pane the date is as
Wed, 05 Jan 2011 11:48:08 +0100 (01/05/2011 10:48:08 AM)
but all the messages are listed like 12/06/2010 for example.
which is in mmddyy format, but for us Brits it reads ad the twelfth day
of June
The date format generally follows the system locale - in a terminal type
'locale' and the LANG entry should be something like en_GB - if it's
en_US, that's why it's displaying the date in the bizarre US format.
I should add as well that you can change the locale when starting Evo
from a command line by doing
LANG=en_GB evolution
so you can make sure it is doing the correct thing.
