According to your X-Mailer header you use 2.32.
That means your Evolution data is in ~/.local/share/evolution/ and your
evolution preferences are in gconf.
True as far as it goes, but possibly misleading. The full answer depends
on what kind of account the OP has, which he doesn't say. If it's a POP
account, then the mail is physically stored on his computer. If it's an
IMAP account, by default it's on the IMAP server although there may also
be a local cached copy.
