To have any chance of answering that question, we *at least* need to
know:

1) What backup method are you using?

2) What exactly is the problem? You don't give any indication except "it
doesn't work".

2) What version of Evo do you have? "Karmic Koala"is presumably a Ubuntu
version, but that's doesn't say anything to people who don't use Ubuntu,
and many of us on this list do not.
