I already created ticket #657614 for this issue, but did not get any response yet. The items listed in the documentation for this problems did not apply to my setup.
On another it keeps crashing, same version: Debian unstable. (I have not yet removed the old mbox account after the conversion to maildir) I'm also interested how to remove duplicates (obviously).
