FAQ. Version 0.0.2 is the latest I have and works:

won't work (at least for Ubuntu users of the Evo mailing list), unless
to read the comments on the rex's page [1] for the missing libraries
to
install beforehand.
I am on ubuntu karmic and it works nicely. You will to have some
development libraries installed to build it. Use the tarball
at http://tinyurl.com/ycf22sv.
