Sorry, I did insert the link, you posted. Have corrected that in the
FAQ. Version 0.0.2 is the latest I have and works:

I am on ubuntu karmic and it works nicely. You will to have some
development libraries installed to build it. Use the tarball
at http://tinyurl.com/ycf22sv.
