well yes, but that means i could also use pop3 and choose the option
to leave a copy on the server ;)
Not the same thing by a long chalk. For one thing, POP doesn't allow you
to keep multiple folders on the server.
the benefit of the IDLE part in IMAP-IDLE is that you don't need to
send-receive and recheck all of your folders when you have server
based filtering.
I know, but it's currently unavailable in stable versions of Evo. In
unstable versions, you're using Beta software and you might be better
asking on the devel's list.
