yes, it is there with correct UTF-8 coding of the chars of the file
name;

this gave me the guess to set LANG=es_ES.UTF-8 in the Evo environment
and now all is fine, i.e. OOs opens the file correctly;

In fact Evo gives OO the correct filename to open, which it wasn't doing
before.
