We all use Evolution; we all hate the current behaviour. Don't think we need to bring an outsider into the equation. It should do the right thing and reply to list if list it is. Reply-To-Author would very obviously support the less frequent use case. AfC Sydney  because you said Matthew wanted feedback :)
