[Evolution] Evolution 2.30 drops port# for address book URL

In Evolution 2.30.1.2 when I create a WebDAV address book it works;
until I restart evolution.  Evolution seems to be stripping the port# of
of the URL.

Anyone else see this happen?

So if  I create an address book with a URL of -
http://127.0.0.1:8080/dav/Favorites/Contacts/
- upon restarting Evolution it is just -
http://127.0.0.1/dav/Favorites/Contacts/
