[Evolution] Default "From" address in "Compose Message" window

Hi!

I'm currently forwarding all my email messages from several accounts to
a single one. I've configured evolution for multiple SMTP accounts (now
forwarded) and a single IMAP account (the receiver account) (also with
SMTP).

When composing a new message the default "From" address in the "Compose
Window" is the address of the IMAP+SMTP account. Is there a way to
change the default "From" address to the address of another SMTP (only)
account?
