[Evolution] Problems with 2.26 Windows Version

I am having problems with Evolution for Windows 2.26.

The app installs just fine, however, when I attempt to add an
appointment I get a run time error.

I have tried this in Windows 7, the XP environment in Windows 7, and a
standalone XP instance.

I did search the list but didn't find anything concrete.

Anyone have a any thoughts on this?
