My apologies, I did not mean to imply any of the above. Email isn't all
that great a medium of discussion, especially with cursory statements
such as mine above.

What I meant by 'obvious' is that, once you have been directed to look
at the icon, there is an obvious connection between its normal
plugged-in state and its un-plugged state. The OP suggested that a
similar functionality, already served by this icon, be added to the
send/receive button. While in itself not a bad idea, I merely meant to
point out that such an icon already exists.

Again, however, my apologies for any aggressiveness, I did not believe
or wish to imply any lack on the OP's part.
