Heh.  Just this morning I ran into this bug:

However, it appears to be triggered by the Exchange web service
returning an error code in some contexts so it's probably relatively
uncommon; in fact after I applied the patch I created to fix it and read
my mail, now when I use an unpatched version of Evo again I don't get
the bug anymore.  So it was either transient on the server, or a problem
with a specific message.

I'm not suggesting this as a reason to stop using Evo (or to not switch
back), just saying there are bugs lurking...

Of course this is true for all software.  Evo has definitely gotten
significantly more stable with the fixes going in over the last month or
so.
