[Evolution] Who is maintainng evolution msi builds found on http://download.go-oo.org/evo/ ?

Hi,

does anybody knows who ist maintainig the msi-builds found on
http://download.go-oo.org/evo/ ?
I would like to file some enhancement suggestions (e.g. jpeg62.dll is
missing after install and should be included in msi build).

Where can i find the win32 builds used for the MSIs? Is there a known
repository? I didn't found any actual win32 builds on
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/desktop/2.22/2.22.1 or newer
(only some older version at
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/desktop/2.16/2.16.0/win32/)
Is this the rigth place to look for, or are there other places known to
hold acutal win32 builds?
