Is it possible to reply "Outlook Style"? When you have a mail
conversation with people using Outlook, it would be nice to be able to
reply the same way as they do, not breaking the style of the mail.

This commonly refereed to as Top Posting and is NOT correct netiquette.
Two other list I subscribe to have just had this debate and, basically,
a lot of users who do not use M$-Outlook/Outlook Express are almost
homicidal over top posting.

Best practice is to trim the original message (if required) and reply
below (see RFC 1855)

If you are in a mail conversation with a few colleagues and everyone but
you use Outlooks way of replying/top posting you will destroy it for
everyone else.

Compare it to coming from a country which drives on the right side of
the road, which is the standard, and going to a country which drives on
the left side of the road. Even though they are wrong, would you drive
on the right side of the road just because?

However, this matter is already cleared out. As Matthew Barnes pointed
out, a patch is written which probably will be applied soon to a future
version.
