[Evolution] Evolution/gpg kicking error

Using Ubuntu 6.06 and seahorse as keyring manager.
Won't let me send or sign encrypted mail.
keep getting this error:

Because "can't connect to

I have a key pair that i use on my desktop to encrypt files,
Evolution just won't let me send secure mail, cant figure it out.
