[Evolution] Exchange: Brutus Server 0.9.28 and evolution-brutus 1.1.4 is out

Hi,

Brutus 0.9.28 is now available.

This release comes at the heels of the 1.1.4 release of
evolution-brutus, the Evolution Brutus plugin for Exchange 5.5, 2000,
2003 and 2007.

This new release is a bugfix only release for both Brutus Server and
e-b.

e-b fixes:
  1) A cache bug that made the mail read-count incorrect was fixed.

Brutus Server fixes:
  1) Linker options corrected.

  2) Use of bitwise '|' instead of bitwise '&' fixed.

  3) Instantiation order of Brutus Server servants fixed.

  4) Build environment updated to Visual Studio C++ 2005.

  5) Brutus Server does now require at least Windows 2000 to install.
