[Evolution] Timezone conversion problem JST -> CET

Following up on my earlier mails on the subject.

I have now the glibc zimezone setup OK, zdump JST reports a difference
of ~ 8 hours which seems to be correct.

Evolution still says JST is 1 hour from CET though.

I am puzzled.
