[Evolution] How to find an Exchange Global Catalog server name?

I have Exchange with Connector working well (this is Ubuntu 6.06.1 with
Evo 2.6.1).  However, I can't seem to access the global catalog to
resolve email addresses etc.  I've tried using the same hostname as I
use for the OWA server and that didn't work (which I didn't expect it
to), and I've tried using the server name that Outlook uses to obtain
mail, and that didn't work either.

I can't find any configuration of the global address list in Outlook: is
there someplace I could find it if I looked?  I have dual-boot set up so
I can boot back into Windows to start Outlook if necessary.

Any other ideas?  Is there some configuration on the server that needs
to be set properly for Evolution Connector to use the address list?
