Wiki is not a way to do a survey with the customers, wiki is a way to
write many information and lost it :)

no really I don't like the wiki because no easy way to find some
information, you must know what the information that you are searching
for so you can find it

anyway Again , even if Wiki is perfect, it's not a way to do a
statistic or survey about what are our customers type and what they
want
