[Evolution] How do you vote for a bug ?

Guys,

how do you vote for a bug if you want it to be fixed in the next
release ? I mean is there a way for the customers to vote for a bug if
they find it important for them, or this voting system is only for the
developers to decide what they like to fix ?

I'm asking because there is many old future and bugs in bugzilla and
no one updating  them
