hi,
i have installed latest 2.4.1 evolution and talked with my local imap
server, but found its flag/status are local.
e.g. i marked a mail as read, but this mail remains unread in the imap
server untill i quit evolution.
how to config evo to apply status/flag to the imap server?
thanks in advance.
Evo caches status information until it has to contact the server. You
can force it to do so by changing folders, using Send/Receive, or
quitting. AFAIK it should also happen automatically if you have periodic
updates set in your Receiving Options for the account.
