[Evolution] Evolution Temp Directory

Hi All,

I am using Evolution 1.4.6.  I set the Gnome TMPDIR variable to ~/tmp so
my temp files will be stored under my home dir.  However, when I open a
file attachment in Evolution I get it opened as

/tmp/evolution-500-11851/app-launcher-OgNs0G/pradv1.xls

Is there another variable I need to set to make this go under the my tmp
dir?  If not, is this behaviour fixed in Evolution 2.2.x?
