[Evolution] character coding or other problem

Hi All,
I have problems in evolution with displaying polish characters such as
óżąńłść
in sent messages.
I.E. I can make a new contact in my address book,
the name would be Mike Różyc
and it is ok.
When i send message to him, this email with name in "TO:" filed appears
in send items correctly.
But when i make contact list to send message to a group of people and
add this guy to it, his name appears in send items (in "TO:" filed) like
this:
Mike Różyc

The problem occurs when i look at contact list in letter preview window,
it is displayed like this:
Mike =?iso-8859-2?Q?R=F3=BFyc?= <mike rozyc poland com>

Also I have problems in attachment files with polish letters.
It comes to my inbox with changed names (due to polish characters) like
in my second example. 

Polish characters are supported by ISO-8859-2.
Any Idea?
