It should be E2K_DEBUG=4

try,
E2K_DEBUG=4 <install prefix>/evolution-exchange-storage
where 
install prefix for you looks like
/usr/bin/evolution/libexec/evolution/2.0

I have typed the following and it says bash: =4: command not found
$E2k_BRBUG=4 usr/bin/evolution/
libexec/evolution/2.0/evolution-exchange-storage

and exchange calendar is not working...........
