meeting from an appointment, and inviting people, etc. In evo 2.0,
there's no button or menu that I can find to do this. The only way I
can see to do this now is to create an appointment, then save it, then
go back to the calendar view, right-click and choose "schedule meeting".
Is this correct? Was this a design decision made, or should I file a
bugzilla to have this fixed?
You can just do File->New->New Meeting (Ctrl-Shift-E). We decided the
usual use case was not to create an appointment and then convert it to a
meeting later (although you can still do this by right-clicking on the
appointment).
