Thanks for your reply. So to get this straight:

Under the "Receiving Mail" tab, host should be set to my.host.com[:which
service? IMAP or WEB]

Under "Receiving Options" tab, POA should be set to my.host.com, "POA
SOAP Port" should be set (which is by default 7181).
