My system:
Slackware 9.1, running KDE.
What I've done thus far:
I grabbed following req'd pkgs for 'libgnome-devel'
* GConf2-devel
* ORBit2-devel >= 2.8.0
* esound-devel
* glib2-devel >= 2.2.0
* gnome-vfs2-devel >= 2.5.3
* libbonobo-devel >= 2.2.0
* libgnome
* libxml2-devel >= 2.4.12
* libxslt-devel >= 1.0.19
* zlib-devel
What I've done thus far:
I grabbed libgnome-2.6.0. After compiling libgnome, I rec'd the following
errors below.
c -g -O2 -o .libs/gnome-open gnome-open.o ./.libs/libgnome-2.so -L/usr/

Would a symlink solve the errors above ? If not, what is the recommended
fix for my problem ?
It appears that the last missing link, for a proper evo 1.5.90 compile, is
a clean 'libgnome-2.6' build.
Does anyone know where the header file 'libgnome/gnome-defs.h' is supposed
to live. I couldn't find it anywhere in the 'libgnome-2.6.0' src tree.
Your help/patience is greatly appreciated :)
