[Evolution] sync to non-default folder

I'm not too keen to sync my palm to my works exchange server, but that's
what I have my default folders set to.
Is there anyway I can get the sync to sync to the local folders with out
having to go and change the default folders?

Ps What the current thinking on sync'ing your contacts/calendar to IMAP
folders, is it possible via some hack or is it 'never gonna work(tm)'
