[Evolution] evolution 2.0.2 does not

All,

This is a report of the 3rd attempt to migrate calendar data from 1.4.x 
to 2.0.2. Tasks data and Contact data migrates successfully. However, no 
Calendar information is migrated. There is a file  
.evolution/calendar/local/system/calendar.ics exists and is about 
200,000 bytes. However no calendar entries show. How can those entries 
be shown? verified?
