WOW!!!!!!

I've had this problem myself, starting with 1.4.6 and continuing when I
switched to the 1.5 stream.  Even printing to a postscript or PDF file
would produce a file which could be viewed but not printed.

I'd like to not only know how to make the paper setting persistent, but
also how to make it use kprinter the default 'location' instead of lpr
and not have to select custom and then type in kprinter each time.
