You can also do it manually (if you have an extensive list of emails) by clicking on "view -> Reply-To Field" and putting a check in that option. Now set the reply to field to whatever you'd like. I'm not sure how to do this automagically, maybe a script or something to pop a new compose window from the command line with that info filled in would be nice.
