Probably by unsubscribing them. I'm not certain if it's in the same
place in your Evo 1.4.6, but in Evo 1.5.8 it's in Tools->Subscribe to
Folders.
Perhaps this should happen automatically, though. Does anyone know if
Evo 1.5.x removes deleted folders locally, or if there's a good reason
why it doesn't? I suppose if the user has offline synchronization
enabled, then they would have local copies of all the messages, and it
would be best if Evo didn't delete them (and their folders) without
confirmation, at least.
It should happen automatically, although for 1.4.6 i can't recall if it works right. Also, some servers let you subscribe to folders which don't exist, and if you're using the 'show only subscribed' option, we just display what the server sends us. So in some cases you still need to manually unsubscribe since the server is still saying you are subscribed.
