[Evolution] How to get deleted IMAP folders to vanish?

I recently deleted an IMAP folder with two sub folders directly within
the servers interface (cyradm). Evolution was not running at this time. 

After starting evolution I noticed that the erased folders are still
being displayed in the hierarchy. Clicking on one of this folders raises
an error, which tells me, that the folder is not present on the server.
(not very surprising to me :-)

How can I remove this folders inside evolution?
(Without removing and reinserting the whole account, there must be a
better way, right?)
