[Evolution] Evo 1.5.9 pilot component issue

I just used red-carpet to update 1.5.9 to today's snapshot and got a
dependency error for the pilot component - it saw yesterday's snapshot
but showed a dependency problem against it. 

I don't use the pilot component (yet), but wanted to let others know.
